Zizza Intac provides terrace and balcony design services in Rome, Italy. All quotations are in EUR and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Website Use

Content on this site is for informational purposes. Images represent completed projects; results vary by property. You may not reproduce content without written permission.

3. Bookings & Payments

Consultation fees are due at booking. Design deposits are non-refundable once concept work begins. Build payments follow milestones agreed in your contract.

4. Liability

We carry professional indemnity insurance. Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service, except where Italian law prohibits such limitation.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Rome.
